Oh this is my absolute favorite smoothie for the moment 🙂 With banana, peanut butter, cacao powder and some seeds. Mostly I vary with the smoothies I make, sometimes with berries, other fruit, greens,… but this one I like it so much I made it for the whole week now.
You can use frozen bananas, then your smoothie will be yummy cold. If I use fresh bananas, then I ad some extra ice cubes in the smoothie, 1 or 2 per banana. For the chocolate taste, I use raw organic cacao powder. And the peanut butter is pure peanut butter. Not the commercial ones with added sugar, oil and preservatives. No use peanut butter with as only ingredient: peanuts! My preference goes to organic.
