  1. Put the instant coffee, sugar, and water in a bowl. Whisk it until it becomes fluffy. This takes a very long time with a whisk. With an electric beater it takes about four minutes.
  2. Take 2 glasses and put 3 ice cubes in each glass. Pour both for about 3/4 (or a little more) of plant-based milk. With a tablespoon, you take the whipped coffee and top it on the plant-based milk.
