  1. If you have puff pastry that comes out of the freezer, you can first defrost in the refrigerator.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200º C / 390º F.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and cut the dough in four, lengthwise.
  4. You put the chocolate on 1/3 and 2/3 per slice. Roll from one side to the middle to just over the chocolate. Now do the same on the other side so that you have 2 rolls together. Do this for each slice of dough. (watch the video if you prefer to see it visually)
  5. Turn the croissants over so that the straight piece is on top and put them on an oven grid with parchment paper. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
