A mojito is a delicious cocktail, where mint and lime cannot be missed. So we also use these ingredients in this alcohol-free smoothie.

Mojito smoothie

Mojito smoothie with avocado, coconut milk, lime, mint, date, banana

Ingredients

  • 0.5 avocado
  • 150 ml coconut milk
  • 50 ml water
  • 1 tsp hemp seed
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 1 date, pitted, finely chopped
  • 0.5 frozen banana
  • 8 mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Halve the avocado and remove the seed. Spoon out the flesh. Immediately put the flesh in the blender and pour over the lime juice.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth. Add extra water if necessary.
