Ingredients
- 0.5 avocado
- 150 ml coconut milk
- 50 ml water
- 1 tsp hemp seed
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 1 date, pitted, finely chopped
- 0.5 frozen banana
- 8 mint leaves
Instructions
- Halve the avocado and remove the seed. Spoon out the flesh. Immediately put the flesh in the blender and pour over the lime juice.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth. Add extra water if necessary.
