Garlic soup – vegan recipe – Boost your immune system with it

Updatet on:

In any case, this garlic soup was already planned to be made and filmed now. And now this turns out to be the ideal corona soup. Garlic is good for your immune system so you increase your resistance. In addition, garlic also ensures that people stay at a distance 😉

Garlic soup for cold or flu

This soup is “detox” because garlic gives your immune system a real boost and it works as a natural antibiotic. Use good, large and juicy garlic.

Garlic was used in earlier times used against fungi, viruses, and bacteria, especially with a cold or flu.

The main healthy substance in the garlic is allicin. Crush the garlic to do its healthy work. This can be done by crushing it with a knife or by using a garlic press.

Once you have done that, let the garlic rest for another ten minutes before you prepare it. This ensures even better absorption.
