This is a very simple recipe. You only need a few ingredients and a coffee mill.
Vegan parmesan cheese recipe

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp cashew (ca 30 grams)
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- Pinch of salt
- Garlic powder (a llittle)
Instructions
Add all ingredients together in a coffee grinder and mix. Done.
This vegan parmesan can be sprinkled over pasta but is also delicious on a pimped salad.
You can also use walnuts instead of cashews.
