For whom it did not yet know; Marzipan makes you in a snap!
An additional advantage is that this marzipan is immediately better than the industrial. The quantity of almonds is usually lower. In this recipe is the ratio of sugar/almond powder fifty fifty. Plus, the taste is at least as tasty.
I made this with no egg, but I really wonder if you would not get the same result with soy milk. I would say; Try it out for me and report your findings 🙂
The preparation will cost you about 5 minutes. You can also eat it directly, but for the best results, I recommend turning the sausage and putting it in the fridge for a few hours.
A sweet vegan sausage … well now 🙂
Marzipan
Ingredients

Instructions
- Put the almond powder and the powdered sugar into a bowl.

- Add the no-egg, extra soy milk and almond extract into the bowl and knead it all by hand to a smooth, thick mass. Ready!
- Take a plastic foil and roll the marzipan into a sausage. Rotate with the ends to compress the mass as much as possible. Put a few hours in the fridge.
- Cut a piece and try your homemade artisan marzipan!
- Sculpt a pork, dinosaurs or the Sagrada Familia, and feed them to your children, husband, wife, family 🙂
